Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business taxes while leveraging Intuit resources to broaden their financial picture.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning offerings.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, 8am–5pm local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms, open to marketing.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals with marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor.
• Build lasting relationships and champion community presence.
