Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform in-person and virtual tax preparation at a TurboTax location. You will deliver hands-on tax advice, manage complex scenarios, and work with a team to provide end-to-end service covering tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory needs.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, community engagement, and proactive referrals, with an on-site schedule typical of standard business hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Support holistic services: bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory through coordination with the Intuit team.
• Grow local client base via outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
