Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, focusing on full-service tax return preparation and client advisory work. You will collaborate with tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, grow the local business, and connect customers to Intuit’s broader suite of services.

You will build relationships, deliver accurate tax solutions, and participate in local events and marketing activities to expand the customer base

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
