Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite, offer personalized tax planning, and collaborate with specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into more services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours weekly. Training may be provided.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in local community engagement and potential bilingual capabilities.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and educate clients.
