Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN as required by law
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8am–5pm, ~20 hrs/week; training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, personal and business
• Grow TurboTax client base and local presence through community outreach
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners for seamless client solutions
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and solutions-based tax support
