Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. location.

This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement and local client development to provide end-to-end tax services. You will work with a team of specialists while nurturing lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through complex scenarios using TurboTax tools. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, deliver personalized tax advice, and participate in

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s annually using professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230 tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite role 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must train and complete required development; uniforms provided.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios, optimize deductions and amendments.
• Lead local growth through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience in meetings with clients.
• Assist with in-person and virtual client interactions using video tools.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with a local client base.
