Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at US locations. Deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while partnering with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or preferred to file taxes.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising using name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal and business income and amendments.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Collaborate with broader Intuit teams to provide end-to-end client services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain professional demeanor.
• Engage clients across in-person and video channels using Intuit tools.
