Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists across business tax, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a wide range of tax scenarios.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of tax laws and filing requirements across personal and business taxes.
• Upskill into additional service types such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by growing local client base and leading community outreach initiatives.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
