Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialist teams to serve clients end-to-end.

You’ll grow a local client base and help expand Intuit’s presence in the community, delivering a best-in-class experience through in-person meetings and virtual tools. Training and uniforms are provided; PTIN is required.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Build a local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional service in person and via Intuit tools.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client education activities.
