Intuit Careers is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and full preparation services at our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, while growing a local client base and connecting clients to broader Intuit solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on preparation, personal engagement, and the ability to meet client needs across simple to complex tax scenarios.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns filings for 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base with outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction with end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
