Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

You’ll also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing resources. The role emphasizes end-to-end service with partners across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and ongoing support.
