Intuit Careers is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join new local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services for individuals and businesses.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more services with training provided by Intuit.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
