You will be the local ambassador, helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs, while connecting them with complementary Intuit services for year‑round support. The role emphasizes building relationships, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via TurboTax tools,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Tax Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience by collaborating with a broader team of specialists.
