Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and expert advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and remotely, delivering accurate tax solutions and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and provide year-round support while meeting training and compliance requirements.

Competenze

• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law knowledge.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem of services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
