Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for diverse client scenarios, from simple W-2 filings to complex business tax matters. You will act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences while building trusted relationships within your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
