Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at local TurboTax locations, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice.

You will collaborate with specialists to address a client’s comprehensive financial picture, from personal returns to small business scenarios, while building a strong local presence. You will engage clients through community events, referrals, and partnerships, growing the local client base and driving loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid preparation of 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be pictured for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients in the community.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and via Intuit tools.
