Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic financial solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class, professional customer experience onsite.
