Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and via remote tools, guiding them through simple to complex tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem for ongoing support.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Intuit brand year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, with standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex matters.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with accurate tax solutions.
