Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will sit on-site, provide tax expertise, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while collaborating with a broader team.

You will engage the local community, grow the client base, and deliver end-to-end support across tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Build local market growth through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
