You will provide comprehensive tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while cultivating local client relationships and leveraging Intuit resources for end-to-end service. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver full Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
