You will guide clients through complex and simple returns, connect them with Intuit services, and grow the local client base. Role emphasizes community engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a year-round presence on-site with flexible hours during peak season.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns/season).
• Open to upskilling into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week during peak season.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Willing to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Engage customers in meetings; deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Ensure superior customer experience and professional conduct.
