Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service in person and via TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite role with 20 hours/week minimum during standard business hours.
• Must complete all required training including compliance and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and drive loyalty.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - turn prospects into long-term clients through local outreach.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience with in-person/virtual interactions.
