Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work onsite with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and you'll grow your local client base through community outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Educate clients on Intuit ecosystem and additional services beyond tax filing.
• Build and grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and through Intuit tools.
