Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, serving as trusted advisors to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a local ambassador, you will grow your market through outreach, events, and partnerships, turning prospects into long‑term clients while guiding them to the right Intuit

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 local time for at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds
• Grow local customer base through outreach and events
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools
• Address client inquiries and resolve tax-related challenges
