Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to clients in person and online.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience, while building a local client base and engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location for 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising your name/picture.
• Spanish as a second language is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them to Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, empathetic communication.
