Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering tax expertise and personalized client service.

You will handle full-service tax returns, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to provide end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA credential or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with Intuit training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 (local time).
• Must complete all training and development as determined by the business; uniforms required.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster referrals.
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to create ongoing opportunities for engagement.
