Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and play a key role as a local ambassador in your community.

You will drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships while guiding clients to Intuit solutions. A strong tax background, client service mindset, and willingness to train are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, weekdays, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Lead local outreach, grow a new customer base through events, referrals and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients with Intuit solutions and complementary services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear guidance.
