Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support a local community presence at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists for complex scenarios, build long-term client relationships, and drive local growth through targeted outreach and events, leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a year-round, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or equivalent with strong tax return preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; promote local presence.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax community, creating accessible tax content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address tax inquiries.
