Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. Grow the local client base and maintain client relationships with strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address questions.
