Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax – Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, while growing the local client base through community outreach and personalized service. You will engage clients in person and virtually, handle complex tax scenarios, and participate in ongoing training to expand service offerings within the Intuit

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions and plan taxes with future planning guidance.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and drive community engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
