Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients in their local community.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years tax return filing experience (federal and state).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be on-site at a TurboTax office and able to work 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client tax returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional guidance throughout engagements.
