Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will also act as a local ambassador, growing the client base and delivering a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience. The role emphasizes on-site presence, client relationships, and a service-first mindset in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Partner with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and marketing tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and promote Intuit ecosystem solutions.
