Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in Minnesota. You’ll provide tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Build relationships, grow the local business, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Role emphasizes understanding clients' complete financial picture, cross-training in bookkeeping/payroll, and engaging the community through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred; PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (federal/state).
• Willing to work onsite and grow local client base with marketing support.
• Opportunity to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and guide clients in language they understand.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
