Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a dedicated Local Service location in Minnesota.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit resources to address every aspect of their financial picture. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
