Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts in Minnesota to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem.

Grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and participate in community outreach with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with complex tax scenarios.
