Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a convenient local TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and expand the client base while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will be the community face, building relationships through local events and partnerships, delivering tax solutions with our software tools, and ensuring a seamless Intuit experience for customers.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 federal/state tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in growing the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
