Intuit is recruiting TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert guidance, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an integrated Intuit experience.

This role emphasizes on-site client meetings, local community engagement, and building lasting relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing support and software tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
