Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You’ll perform full-service tax return preparations, provide expert advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end support in person. This role emphasizes community outreach, building a local client base, and delivering a superior customer experience while staying onsite 20+ hours weekly.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns filed (30+ federal/state) per season using professional software.
• Willing to onsite 20+ hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00).
• Willing to undergo training and upskilling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Maintain high professionalism and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
