Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building local relationships and driving client growth. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, handling personal and business tax needs, and collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes.
Min 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/year using professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year-round support.
Build lasting relationships to convert one-time transactions into ongoing client engagements.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and services.
