Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to prepare taxes onsite at local TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, while also growing the client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes face-to-face customer service, local marketing participation, and building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hrs/week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex cases.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local community relationships.
