Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, combining tax knowledge with exceptional service. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, engage with the community, and coordinate with other Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Tax professionals with qualifications and licensing required.
• Experience with personal and business tax returns preferred.
• Willingness to operate on-site and engage with local community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients, personal and business.
• Advise clients with tax planning and deductions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem for cross-sell services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience both in-person and virtual.
