Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, connect clients with Intuit resources, and grow the local customer base through outreach, events, and collaboration with our marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow local customer base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
