Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services. You will work with clients in person and virtually, becoming a trusted advisor who builds long-term relationships and grows the local TurboTax business.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide comprehensive solutions and a superior customer experience, while promoting Intuit products in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid tax returns prep
• Willing to upskill into more services
• Onsite presence 20+ hrs/week
• Willing to complete training
• Uniforms and branding participation
• Build local social presence in community
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services
• Deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience on-site and virtually
