Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance while engaging customers in person and remotely.

You will build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax business in your community, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations; uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and trust to turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit video tools.
