Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to individual and business clients, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time; weekdays.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to compliance requirements and uniform use.
• Willing to build a local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income and deductions optimization.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
