Intuit seeks talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture.

Role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and delivering a seamless Intuit experience with training and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Represent Intuit professionally during training and marketing activities.
