Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and help clients understand their options while growing Intuit’s presence in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) required or eligible.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday; minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
