Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base and community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes entrepreneurship and customer loyalty, with opportunities to leverage Intuit marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow your local business and personal brand.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at a retail location.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and build long-term client relationships.
