Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in TurboTax locations across the United States. On-site at a TurboTax location, you will provide tax expertise, complete preparation services, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

Your role includes growing the local client base, building lasting relationships, and leveraging marketing tools to enhance customer loyalty within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships; act as local TurboTax ambassador.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
