Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, partner with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) and ensure a seamless, end-to-end client journey while reflecting Intuit’s mission of empowering financial outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Build local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Foster long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, supporting both in-person and virtual clients.
